This program is authorized by the National Park Service.
The Crater Lake Natural History Association, INC is partnering with the Oregon Zoo Foundation
$10.00 per newt plush sold will be donated to support the Oregon Zoo Mazama Newt conservation
breeding program for release into Crater Lake.
This will include:
- Staffing
- Diet
- Veterinary care
- Llife support systems
- and other costs associated with the propagation and care of the Mazama newts.
